Shipping & returns

30 days to return it from delivery. Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered.

Three steps

How it works.

  1. Putting a stack of folded T-shirts into the open black bag

    Fill it up

Fold your clothes and fill the bag without forcing the zip.

  2. The full black bag, zipped shut, in an open suitcase with the pump on its valve

    Seal the zip

Run the slider from end to end twice so no air gets back in.

  3. The bag pumped flat in the suitcase, with the pump still on its valve

    Pump it flat

Put the pump on the valve and press the button, or use any vacuum cleaner.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it fit Ryanair's free cabin bag?

The free bag is 40 × 30 × 20 cm since September 2025. How much fits depends on the clothes; we'll measure it with our sample and post the result here.

Can I empty it without the pump?

Yes. The valve takes the hose of any household vacuum cleaner.

Can I take the pump on the plane?

Yes, in your cabin bag. It has a small built-in rechargeable battery, so like a phone or a power bank it flies with you in the cabin, never in checked luggage.

Will my clothes get wrinkled?

Far less than you'd expect if you fold them into flat rectangles before sealing. Pack shirts and suits on top, outside the bag.

Is it easy to fill?

Buyers say it works well; one mentions the opening is small. Fold your clothes into flat rectangles and slide them in as a stack, then seal the zip end to end.

Is the pump loud?

A little: buyers mention some noise, as with any small electric pump. You can seal the bag at home before the trip, so the noise never reaches the hotel or the airport.

How do I return it?

You have 30 days from delivery. Write to us and we'll send the instructions and the withdrawal form. Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered.

What does the 3-year guarantee cover?

By law, the item is covered for 3 years from delivery against defects that were already there when it arrived. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear. If something is wrong, write to us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
